Dom Pérignon - Rosé Gold

Dom Pérignon Rosé is the rosé expression of the house's prestige cuvée, a Brut Champagne blended from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown across Champagne's finest sites. Extended contact with red grape skins gives it its pale gold-pink hue and firmer structure than the classic white cuvée, while keeping the same precision and depth.

Expect real intensity - red berry fruit, brioche and a fine, persistent mousse, with enough weight for richer dishes. It performs well with shellfish, lobster and crab, cuts through cream sauces, and stands up to foie gras or Roquefort. Serve at 10-12°C.
