Contratto - Liqueur Apéritif

Contratto's Liqueur Apéritif comes from Piedmont, a region with deep roots in vermouth and aromatised wine production. At 17% abv, this sits in the classic Italian apéritif style, designed to open the appetite rather than dominate it.

Expect bittersweet complexity, herbal and slightly resinous, built for mixing or sipping neat over ice before dinner. It works well as a pre-service pour on deck, or as the backbone of a proper Negroni or Americano when guests want something with genuine Piedmontese character rather than a generic bitter.
