Contratto - Bianco- Vermouth

Contratto is a historic Piedmontese house that produces its vermouth in the classic Italian tradition, blending local wines with botanicals and fortifying to 17% ABV. The Bianco sits in the white vermouth style — aromatic and herbaceous, built on a sweeter base than their dry expression, with the alpine botanical character that defines serious Italian vermouth.

Serve it over ice with a twist of citrus as an aperitivo, or use it as a backbone in white Negronis and other spirit-forward cocktails. It holds its own alongside antipasti, cured fish, and soft cheeses — versatile enough for the bar cart and the table alike.
