Château Léoube is one of Provence's most committed organic estates, situated on the Côtes de Provence coast near Bormes-les-Mimosas. Love by Léoube Sparkling Rosé is made from Cinsault and Grenache — the classic Provençal duo — vinified brut to give it genuine freshness and a dry, precise finish.

Expect pale salmon colour, delicate red-fruit aromatics, and a lively mousse that keeps the palate clean. At 13% ABV it has enough structure to hold its own at table. Serve well chilled alongside grilled shellfish, white fish crudo, or a spread of light tapas on deck.
