Château Latour-Martillac - Pessac-Léognan

Château Latour-Martillac is a Cru Classé de Graves estate in Pessac-Léognan, producing red Bordeaux from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot on the gravelly soils that define this southern Bordeaux appellation.

Expect the hallmarks of the appellation: a firm but polished tannic structure, dark cassis and plum fruit, and a distinctive smoky, graphite undertone that gravel-grown Cabernet reliably delivers. At 14% ABV, there is real weight here. Serve alongside beef fillet, rack of lamb, venison, or game birds — anything with enough richness to meet the wine on its own terms.
