L'Esprit de Chapuy Blanc de Blancs Brut is a Grand Cru Champagne made entirely from Chardonnay, produced by the House of Chapuy in the Champagne region of France.

Expect a fine, persistent mousse, citrus and orchard fruit, brioche notes and a chalky, mineral backbone typical of Grand Cru Chardonnay. Serve well chilled as an aperitif, or alongside shellfish, oily fish, pork or brie for a lunch on deck that calls for precision rather than weight.
