Blanton's - Straight from the Barrel

Blanton's Straight From the Barrel is a single-barrel Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled uncut and unfiltered at cask strength. Each barrel is selected individually, so proof and character shift slightly release to release, but the house signature stays constant: a full-throttle, high-rye bourbon built for drinkers who want the spirit exactly as it left the rickhouse.

Expect dense caramel, vanilla pod, toasted oak and a peppery, high-proof kick that lingers long on the finish. Best served neat or with a single large cube to open it up. Pours well after dinner on deck, alongside dark chocolate, a good cigar, or simply on its own.
