Bacardi - Superior - Rum

Bacardi Superior is the house's signature white rum, produced under the Bacardi name and associated with Bermuda, where the company is based. Light-bodied and column-distilled, it is the classic mixing rum found behind bars worldwide, built for clarity and consistency rather than complexity.

Expect a clean, dry profile with soft vanilla and citrus notes, no sweetness to speak of. Serve well chilled over ice, with cola and lime, or in a daiquiri or mojito at anchor. A reliable, versatile pour for warm-weather service on deck.
