Ànima Negra - Vino de la Tierra Mallorca IGP - Àn

Ànima Negra's Àn is built from Callet, the native red grape of Mallorca, grown under the Vino de la Tierra Mallorca IGP. It is a modern expression of a variety that has grown on the island for generations, made by a producer committed to showing what Mallorcan terroir can do with local grapes rather than imported ones.

Expect a mid-weight red with bright red fruit, savoury herbal notes and fine, approachable tannins rather than heavy extraction. Serve at 16-18°C alongside beef, poultry, pasta dishes or anything off the grill - a versatile bottle for warm-weather dining on deck.
